A picture of a hydraulic brake caliper that I would end up installing the bike. I have to get new pads ad refresh the piston.
This is a picture of the cassette mechanism. I had to put new ball bearings and adequate lube.

In this picture I put wider diameter disc rotors for better stopping power.
I switched out the triple front sprocket to a single gear that is oval.
After some time, I installed a 12 gear set in the rear with a matching 12 speed derailer (check spell). Also, I put new, more aggressive tires on the bike
